The Obituary

Here is the obituary for Frank that my stepmom wrote on behalf of Frank's mom, sister, eldest daughter & myself. We edited it many times, and tried to keep it as casual as Frank was. We skipped the formalities and omitted formal names & last names of some people. We had a very blended family, and didn't want to confuse anyone who didn't know the "technical details". Besides, Frank considered all of our kids as HIS kids and me as his wife. Whether he was talking to old friends or just meeting someone, he would say he had five kids, and referred to me as "the wife" or "my wife". I don't think I ever heard him use the word fiance' or girlfriend. Anyways, we did our best to honor him & reflect his views.
